- Technical information: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited on empowermed.us, and similar analytics information collected automatically when you use the site.
How we use information

- Provide clinical services, including evaluation, protocol design, medication management, lab ordering, and ongoing care.

Empower Med uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information. All vendors with access to Protected Health Information have signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) in compliance with HIPAA.

- Business associates and vendors who support our clinical operations (electronic health records platforms, lab providers, pharmacy partners, payment processors) under contracts requiring them to protect your information.
